public relations at Al-Shuhadaa Establishment: an analytical study of social networking sites and the website) came to know and monitor the contents of social networking sites for Al-Shuhadaa Establishment, the research problem was represented by the main question: (What is the effectiveness of social networking sites and the website of Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) ,This research was classified within the descriptive research, and the two researchers adopted the survey method in order to achieve the objectives of the research, and they used the tool: content analysis as a research tool, the analysis of the contents included the official website of the establishment (Instagram page), and other social networking sites that Al-Shuhadaa Establishment communicate with its audience, and the content analysis included publications for the period from 1/7/2021 to 31/7/2021, which amounted to 48 publications. The research several results, the most important of which were: 1-The news of the general managers comes first in the institution's publications on Instagram page. 2-The establishment does not respond to most of the questions and inquiries from the public that they raise through comments on its publications, as it did not answer about 400 questions during the research period. 3-he presence of several pages on Facebook by the name (Al-Shuhadaa Establishment) and identifying itself as a governmental organization. 4-The unofficial pages bearing the name of the institution on Facebook obtain more interactions from the public than the official page of the establishment. 5-The lack of knowledge of those in charge of managing the social networking sites in the establishment about the newsletter and cultural magazine , and the issuance of the guide.

To achieve this purpose, the researcher has designed a questionnaire containing (31) items, distributed to a sample of (157) teacher (male and female) from the target population.
This research has demonstrated that the level of training needs for middle stage leaders was moderately reported with an arithmetic mean equivalent to (2.42), and a standard deviation of (0.36). Concentrations of uranium were measured in this study for twenty soil samples from four areas with different depths (soil surface-20-40-60-80)cm .The study regions include Missan Governorate (Al-Iskan area,Al-Shibbana area ,Hai-Al Moualimin Al Jadied area ,Sector 30 area). The Uranium concentrations in soil samples measured by using fission tracks registration in (CR-39) track detector that caused by the bombardment of (U-283) with thermal neutrons from (241Am-Be) neutron source that has flux neutron thermal of (5 ×103 n cm-2 s-1). This work aims to investigate the inhibition of vitality of Streptococcus mutans, which is the causative agent of caries. A 632.8 nm He-Ne laser with the output power of 4.5mW was used in combination with toluidine blue O (TBO) at the concentration of 50μg/ml as a photosensitizer. Streptococcus mutans was isolated from 35 patients if carious teeth. Three isolates were chosen and exposed to different energy densities of He – Ne laser light 3.8, 11.7, 34.5 and 104.1 J/cm². After irradiation, substantial reduction was observed in the number of colony forming units (CFU)/ ml. The reduction in the number of CFU was increasing as the dose increased.
