This study addresses quantum computers as one of the most significant contemporary technological transformations that promise to reshape the future of global computing. It aims to clarify the conceptual foundations of quantum computing and to identify the fundamental differences between quantum and classical computers in terms of processing mechanisms, computational speed, and the ability to solve highly complex problems. The study focuses on key concepts such as the qubit, superposition, and entanglement, highlighting their role in enabling computational capabilities that exceed the limits of classical computing. It also discusses the future applications of quantum computers in areas such as cryptography, artificial intelligence, big data analytics, medicine, and scientific modeling, while emphasizing their potential impact on the economy, industry, and scientific research. The study concludes that quantum computers represent a qualitative leap in the history of technology; however, their effective adoption still depends on overcoming major technical and scientific challenges related to quantum stability, error correction, infrastructure costs, and the development of specialized human expertise capable of employing this emerging technology in the future.
The research aimed to identify the causal relationship between forgiveness and psychological hardness for university students, by answering the following questions: Does forgiveness cause psychological hardiness? Does psychological hardiness cause forgiveness? Is the relationship between the two variables a reciprocal relationship? The research sample consisted of (300) male and female students from the universities of Baghdad and Al-Mustansiriya University. To extract the psychometric properties of the two scales: forgiveness and psychological hardiness, a sample of (50) male and female students employed to repeat the test, making the six connections between the two research variables. To determine the causal relationship, The Pearson c

Purpose: The research seeks to develop the implications of intellectual human capital, and social capital in business organizations, and will be accomplished on three levels, the first level (the level of description) to identify, diagnose and display content philosophical Strategic Human Resource Management at the thought of modern administrative represented by human capital and Ras social capital. The second level (level of analysis) and the analysis of the extent of the impact of alignment between human capital, and social capital in the organizational strength of the organizations. The third level (Level predict) the formulation of a plan to strengthen the organizational strength in business organizations and to develop speci

The objectives of this study are to determine; the uniformity qn/q1 (ratio of the discharge at last outlet, qn to the discharge at first outlet, q1) and total head losses of the flow along straight and rectangular loop manifolds with different flow conditions. The straight pipes were with 18 m and 19 m long and with of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) in diameter each. While, the rectangular close loop configuration was with length of 19 m and with diameter of 25.4 mm (1.0 in) also. Constant head in the supply tank was used and the head is 2.10 m. It is found that outlets spacing and manifold configuration are the main factors aff

Mineralogical the samples were characterized as low grade of Ca-smectite, particle size, chemical analysis, XRD, and BET surface area analyses of the samples were carried out to examine the structure of bentonite before and after acid activation. The goal is to prepare a bleaching earth for edible oil production. Iraqi Bentonite was beneficiated and activated by series of physical and chemical steps, using 4N & 6N concentration of hydrochloric acid and at a temperature of 70-80 ° C. Surface area and pore volume of the samples were determined to assess the bleaching power
This paper aims to develop a technique for helping disabled people elderly with physical disability, such as those who are unable to move hands and cannot speak howover, by using a computer vision; real time video and interaction between human and computer where these combinations provide a promising solution to assist the disabled people. The main objective of the work is to design a project as a wheelchair which contains two wheel drives. This project is based on real time video for detecting and tracking human face. The proposed design is multi speed based on pulse width modulation(PWM), technique. This project is a fast response to detect and track face direction with four operations movement (left, right, forward and stop). These opera

To evaluate mothers’ attitudes toward readiness for discharge care at home for a premature baby in Intensive Care Unit at teaching hospitals in Medical City Complex and to find out the relationship between mothers’ attitudes and their socio-demographic characteristics.
Methodology: A quasi-experimental study design was carried out through the period of 6th January 2020 to 2021 to 11th March 2021, to evaluate mother’s attitude toward discharge care plan for premature babies. The study carried out in Welfare Teaching Hospital, Nursing Home Hospital and Baghdad Teaching Hospital at Medical City Complex in Baghdad City on 30 mother of premature babies in neonatal intensive care units using the nonprobability sampling
