Used a much more extremeexperimental method on a sample was Blaabat national teamwrestling judo and numbers of 16 for the player and after dividingthe sample into two groups, experimental research each containing atotal of (8 players) were found parity between the two groups inphysical aptitude test.After completion of training on the application of anaerobicendurance according to the average time of 30-60 sec and for thepurpose to identify the differences between tribal and-after tests tosample groups of research has been processing the results statisticallymediated (T) test for related samples. Vastantjt researchers note thataccording to the endurance training on anaerobic medium has apositive role in the development of physical aptitude of the playersthe national team wrestling judo. Background: White spot lesion is the first visible sign of dental caries that is characterized by demineralized lesion underneath an intact surface. Several studies demonstrated that they could be treated using noninvasive techniques like the use of fluoride or casein phospho-peptide and amorphous calcium phosphate. Improvement in aesthetic outcomes by covering the demineralized enamel is one of the advantages of the use of resin infiltration and opal-ustre microabrasion, which are two new techniques that had been used for treatment of white spot lesion.
