Used a much more extremeexperimental method on a sample was Blaabat national teamwrestling judo and numbers of 16 for the player and after dividingthe sample into two groups, experimental research each containing atotal of (8 players) were found parity between the two groups inphysical aptitude test.After completion of training on the application of anaerobicendurance according to the average time of 30-60 sec and for thepurpose to identify the differences between tribal and-after tests tosample groups of research has been processing the results statisticallymediated (T) test for related samples. Vastantjt researchers note thataccording to the endurance training on anaerobic medium has apositive role in the development of physical aptitude of the playersthe national team wrestling judo. The aim of this research was to estimate the production function to measure returns to scale and distribution efficiency of resources used in the production of wheat. Cross sectional data used of a random sample of 130 farmers in Dhi Qar Province. The results of the quantitative analysis of estimating production function showed that the double logarithmic form was the best estimated model based on economic and statistical indicators. However, that form suffered from heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation, so the robust regression technique was chosen.
