4-Amino-N-(5-methyl-isaxazol-3-yl)-benzenesulfonamide was synthesized by reacting the diazonium salt of sulfamethoxazole with 3-amino phenol. Complexes of Ni(II), Pd(II), Au(III), and Pt(IV) were produced and characterized by atomic absorption, elemental microanalysis, infrared spectroscopy, liquid chromatography–mass spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, different scanning calorimetry, and ultraviolet–visible spectroscopy. Furthermore, the conductivity and magnetic properties were quantified. According to the analytical studies, all complexes were found to possess a 1:2 metal–ligand ratio and were non-electrolytes, except the Au(III) complex electrolyte, which had a 1:1 metal:ligand ratio. The biological activities of some of the compounds against two types of bacteria and two species of fungi were also studied, resulting in varying inhibition values.

From the obtained results the molecular formula of all prepared complexes were[M(CPC)2](M+2i=Mn. Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Cd and Hg),the proposedi geometrical structure for all complexes were as tetrahedral geometry except copper complex has square planer geometry.
The new azo dye was synthesized via the reaction of the diazonium salt form of 3-aminophenol with 2-hydroxyquinoline. This dye was then used to access a series of complexes with the chlorides of manganese, iron, zinc, cadmium, and vanadium sulfate. The prepared ligand and its complexes were characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, UV-visible spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimeter, and microelemental analysis. Conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, metal content, and chlorine content of the complexes were also measured. The ligand and cadmium complex were identified using1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The results showed that the shape of the ligand is a trigonal planner, and the c

A novel azo dye was prepared by reacting the diazonium salt of 3-aminophenol with 8-hydroxyquinoline and subsequently used to prepare a series of Ni+2, Pd+2, Pt+4, and Cu+2 complexes. The ligand structure was characterized via1H-and 13C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The as-synthesized materials were characterized via Fourier-transform infrared, ultraviolet‒visible, and mass spectroscopy, as well as thermo gravimetry, differential scanning calorimetry, and elemental analysis. Conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, and the metal and chloride contents of the complexes were also determined. The ligand exhibited a trigonal geometry, whereas the Cu+2, Pd+2, Pt+4, and Ni+2 complexesexhibited tetrahedral, square planar, octahedral, and

This study describes the preparation of a new bidentate Schiff base derived from the condensation of Isatin-3-hydrazone with 2-acetylthiophene and the preparation of new series of complexes with a good yield. The prepared ligand was characterized by IR, UV-Vis, C.H.N.S elemental analysis, 1H and 13C NMR, LC-Mass spectroscopy, and physical measurements. Its complexes were analyzed by C.H.N.S elemental analyses, UV-Vis., FTIR, NMR, LC-Mass Spectra, atomic absorption spectroscopy, magnetic susceptibility, and conductivity measurements The results from spectroscopy and measurement studies showed that the ligand coordinated to the metal ion as a bidentate ligand via oxygen and nitrogen, forming an octahedral geometry around it. The synthesized ligand was characterized using CHN, FT-IR, UV-Vis, and NMR spectroscopic techniques. Complexes of the ligand with VO2+, Cr3+, Mn2+, and Mo6+ ions were prepared in a (1:2) ratio, with the general formula [M(L)2]. The obtained complexes were characterized using flame atomic absorption, CHN analysis, FT-IR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy, in addition to magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements. The findings suggest that the ligand functions as a bidentate, with the complexes exhibiting octahedral, square planar and square pyramidal geometries. All the complexes were identified as non-electrolytes. Their antioxidant ef
