The aim of this study is to examine the noun phrases used in Nacati Bey's divan. In this study, we have discussed all kinds of phrases including Arabic and Persian compositions. Because at that time the use of Arabic and Persian compounds was very common.

       In the introduction, I briefly discussed some of Necati's life. I have benefited from valuable resources. Among these, Zeynep Korkmaz, Muharrem Ergin, Fuat Bozkurt and others.

      In this study, I have dealt with the subject and type of noun phrases in detail and one by one. In this divan, Persian and Arabic noun phrases are also included. We have been mentioned and explained in this study.

In this work, diabetic glucose concentration level control under disturbing meal has been controlled using two set of advanced controllers. The first set is sliding mode controllers (classical and integral) and the second set is represented by optimal LQR controllers (classical and Min-, ax). The current study presents numerical investigation of the fluid (air) flow characteristics and convection heat transfer around different corrugated surfaces geometry in the low Reynolds number region (Re<1000). The geometries are included wavy, triangle, and rectangular. In this study water quality index (WQI) was calculated to classify the flowing water in the Tigris River in Baghdad city. GIS was used to develop colored water quality maps indicating the classification of the river for drinking water purposes. Water quality parameters including: Turbidity, pH, Alkalinity, Total hardness, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Chloride, Sulfate, Nitrite, Nitrate, Ammonia, Orthophosphate and Total dissolved solids were used for WQI determination.
