         This study involves the design of 24 mixtures of fiber reinforced magnetic reactive powder concrete containing nano silica. Tap water was used for 12 of these mixtures, while magnetic water was used for the others. The nano silica (NS) with ratios (1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3) % by weight of cement, were used for all the mixtures. The genetic toxicity of aqueous and alcoholic extracts of seeds of Peganum harmala L. was evaluated on the onion roots ,using  concentrations 10,25,50,100 and 200 % w/v of extracts and periods of exposure 24,48 and 74 hours. The results indicated that the Peganum harmala significantly decreased root growth rate of onion root at all concentrations and treatment periods in comparison to the control ,  the growth of the root decreased when increasing the extract concentration.The EC50value  of aqueous extracts was 50% and for alcohol extract was 25% ,thus the alcohol extract was most effective in the growth rate of the roots from the aqueous extract. We have carried out multi color CCD surface photometry on the spiral galaxies NGC 4800 and NGC 2715 using 1.88 m optical telescope of Kottamia Astronomical Observatory. From these observations, the surface brightness, Ellipticity, position angle and color indices profiles are studied. Stellar populations in different regions of the galaxies are analyzed using color indices diagrams. We found that the galaxy NGC 4800 has a diffuse bright nuclear region and the asymmetry of the bar is due to the nonuniform distribution of dust in the galaxy.
