Isolation and molecular identification of Pathogenic cryptococcus gattii from natural habitat

This study is designed to isolate and molecular identification of C. gattii, C. gattii is pathogenic yeast and effect immunocomposed and immunocompetent, Methods: collect 50 samples from eucalyptus leaves. The collection time was extended from November 2021 to February 2022 and then culture at SDA, Cryptococcus Differential Agar esculin agar and Eucalyptus leaves agar, Brain heart infusion agar with methyldopa and Brain heart infusion agar with methyldopa media, biochemical test including urease test, and then confirm identification by molecular identification by PCR technique sequencing and genetic analysis. The results showed that 4 swaps taken from eucalyptus leaves included cryptococcus neoformans. This study indicated that the virulence and normal habitat of cryptococcus gattii. These results indicate that there may be a risk for human exposure to cryptococcal disease due to inhalation of basidiospores from eucalyptus leaves.

This study's objective was to identify the presence of fimbrial genes (types 1 and 3) in K. pneumoniae strains isolated from various clinical sources based on their antibiotic resistance and ability to form biofilms. According to identification utilizing the vitek 2 technology and confirmation by molecular identification targeting the 16S rRNA gene with a particular primer, forty isolates were identified from clinical specimens. Molecular Imprinted of Nylon 6 for Selective Separation of Procaine by Solid-Phase Extraction

The study is based on the selective binding ability of the drug compound procaine (PRO) on a surface imprinted with nylon 6 (N6) polymer. Physical characterization of the polymer template was performed by X-ray diffraction and DSC thermal analysis. Solar cells based on natural dyes prepared using anatase phase titanium dioxide

Natural dye sensitized solar cell was prepared using strawberry and pomegranate dyes with anatase nanocrystalline titanium dioxide powder. A study of the optical properties of the two dyes, involving the absorption spectrum was determined in the visible region. I-V characteristics under illumination were performed. The results showed that the two prepared dye sensitized solar cells have acceptable values efficiency about (0.94 with Fill factor (45)) and (0.74 with Fill factor (44)) for strawberry and pomegranate dyes, respectively.
