  Currently, the “moderate discourse and civil peace” represents a rich and important topic for scholars, due the rise of waves of extremism and Islamophobia campaigns, and what that leads to in term of imbalance in relations between nations and peoples.

This study presents a linguistic analysis of how Russian and American mainstream media and official statements deployed speech acts of accusation during the 2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Design / methodology / Approach: It has been relying on ready-scale, to make sure the diagnosis and determine the level of balance between the time available for life and work, where they were distributed on Form 42 doctors in the six hospitals in the City of Medicine, were analyzed by software (Nvivo and SPSS v.22).
