This study was designed to evaluate the efficacy of desmopressin nasal spray compared with diclofenac given intramuscularly in patients with acute renal colic. This paper concerns the peristaltic flow of a Williamson fluid with variable viscosity model through porous medium under combined effects of MHD and wall properties. This study numerically intends to evaluate the effects of arc-shaped fins on the melting capability of a triplex-tube confinement system filled with phase-change materials (PCMs).
