The importance of the research lies in knowing the effect of the exercises of the reciprocal method in developing some physical abilities in learning the performance of the players for the effectiveness of the long jump in an economical manner in terms of time and effort and knowing their positive impact and the extent of their impact in creating the required learning for students, and the research aims to prepare reciprocal style exercises in developing some abilities The researchers used the experimental method in the pre and post test for the experimental and control groups to suit the nature of the research, and the research community was identified for the long jump players, the Specialized School for Talent Care in the 2022 sports season, and their number (12 players), as the research sample was chosen. In a comprehensive inventory method, the sample was divided into two experimental groups and a control group, with (6 players) for each group. The reciprocal method exercises were applied to develop some physical abilities for a period of eight weeks and by three educational units per week. The researchers used the statistical bag (spss) to process the data. The researchers reached the most important Conclusions that exercises of the reciprocal method in the development of some abilities of Physical learning of female athletes' performance for long jump effectiveness
The aim of this study was to determine the effect on using the McCarthy Model (4MAT) for developing creative writing skills and reflective thinking among undergraduate students. The quasi-experimental approach was adopted. And, in order to achieve the study objective, the educational content of Teaching Ethics (Approach 401), for the plan for the primary grades teacher preparation program was dealt with by using a teaching program based on the McCarthy Model (4MAT) was used.
