In the years recently city planning projects have been confirmed sustainable high concentration on planning streets and pedestrian paths being the most prominent component of the urban structure in the city and these me and diverse departments link the city’s sectors and serve as a space for economic, service, and social activities. On the other hand, pedestrian traffic is an essential component of the various means of transportation within the city. Suffer cities in the Middle East and Arab cities in particular are neglecting pedestrian paths in the vital urban environment. Vehicle control mechanisms on roads, and changing the uses of pedestrian paths as result of encroaching on the sidewalks designated for pedestrians. Which leads to a weak level of safety and a lack of pedestrian protection, so it is assumed that there is a possibility to know the impact of the urban elements of pedestrian paths that provide protection And a sense of safety for pedestrians through advanced simulation programs (Any Logic 8.8.0 university researcher 2022, GIS 10.4) and the possibility of achieving safe. And comfortable paths for pedestrians by providing the elements affecting the provision of a safe environment. And the protection of pedestrians, we aim through sustainable planning to enhance the role of pedestrian paths, the separation between automatic mobility paths, And pedestrian paths, knowing the extent of the impact of the elements of pedestrian paths in achieving safety and protection for users (it must be noted that the feeling of safety is not limited to traffic accidents only, but also protection from weather conditions and its effects). As the descriptive analytical approach is adopted. In the research to identify the road elements in providing a safe environment for pedestrians and then study the relationship between those elements by analyzing the multiple regression of the parameter variables and their relationship to the independent variable (feeling of safety) for a sample questionnaire
This research considers the preservation of environment through recycling old toys. This is achieved by transforming the old toys into educational clothing accessories for kindergarten stages. The research methodology adapts both descriptive and applied approaches. The research questionnaire targeted a sample of 35 teachers to collect information about the waste toys in kindergarten. Also, another sample of 30 teachers and mothers were targeted to measure the suitability of the clothing designs for the early childhood stages. The results shows that both teachers and mothers were well satisfied with clothing accessories designed with the toys waste. This concept contributes to limiting the pollution caused by toys and could save time, eff

The technique of encryption the Arabic or English text or both and show the result when apply this method on plain text (original message) and how will form the intelligible plain text to be unintelligible plain text in order to secure information from unauthorized access and from steel information, an encryption scheme usually uses a pseudo-random enecryption key generated by an algorithm. All this done by using Pascal matrix. Encryption and decryption are done by using MATLAB as programming language and notepad ++to write the input text. This paper present the fast and robust approach of English text encryption and decryption b

The Quantumdots luminescent solar concentrator (QDLSC) consists of CdSe/CdS core/shell nanoparticles embedded in polyacrylamide polymer matrix positioned on the top surface of the silicon solar cell. This procedure improves the conversion efficiency of the bare silicon solar cell. The conversion efficiency of the solar cell has increased from 7.3% to 10.3%. this improvement is referred to the widening of the response spectral region window of the a- Si. Solar cell.
Purpose – The Cloud computing (CC) and its services have enabled the information centers of organizations to adapt their informatic and technological infrastructure and making it more appropriate to develop flexible information systems in the light of responding to the informational and knowledge needs of their users. In this context, cloud-data governance has become more complex and dynamic, requiring an in-depth understanding of the data management strategy at these centers in terms of: organizational structure and regulations, people, technology, process, roles and responsibilities. Therefore, our paper discusses these dimensions as challenges that facing information centers in according to their data governance and the impa

Show MoreObjective: To identify barriers to healthcare access, to assess the health literacy levels of the foreign-born Arabic speaking population in Iowa, USA and to measure their prevalence of seeking preventive healthcare services. Methods: A cross-sectional study of native Arabic speaking adults involved a focus group and an anonymous paper-based survey. The focus group and the Andersen Model were used to develop the survey questionnaire. The survey participants were customers at Arabic grocery stores, worshippers at the city mosque and patients at free University Clinic. Chi-square test was used to measure the relationship between the characteristics of survey participants and preventive healthcare services. Thematic analysis was

Differential evolution (DE) algorithm with constraints handling has been proposed to solve one of the most fundamental problems in cellular network design. This proposed method has been applied to solve the radio network planning (RNP) in the forthcoming 5G Long Term Evolution (5G LTE) wireless cellular network, that satisfies both deployment cost and energy savings by reducing the number of deployed micro base stations (BSs) in an area of interest. Practically, this has been implemented using constrained strategy that must guarantee good coverage for the users as well. Three differential evolution

Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) is one of recent years multicarrier modulation used in order to combat the Inter Symbol Interference (ISI) introduced by frequency selective mobile radio channel. The circular extension of the data symbol, commonly referred to as cyclic prefix is one of the key elements in an OFDM transmission scheme. This paper study The influence of the cyclic prefix duration on the BER performance of an OFDM-VCPL (Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing - Variable Cyclic Prefix Length) system and the conventional OFDM system with frame 64-QAM modulation is evaluated by means of computer simulation in a multipath fading channel. The adaptation of CP is done with respect to the delay spread estimation

Show MoreData Driven Requirement Engineering (DDRE) represents a vision for a shift from the static traditional methods of doing requirements engineering to dynamic data-driven user-centered methods. Data available and the increasingly complex requirements of system software whose functions can adapt to changing needs to gain the trust of its users, an approach is needed in a continuous software engineering process. This need drives the emergence of new challenges in the discipline of requirements engineering to meet the required changes. The problem in this study was the method in data discrepancies which resulted in the needs elicitation process being hampered and in the end software development found discrepancies and could not meet the need
