ملخـــص البحــــث

    من أهم مسائل الطلاق التي كثر حولها الخلاف: (الحلف بالطلاق وتعليقه بشرط )، لذا عمدت في هذه الصفحات اليسيرة ان اتناول بالبحث والدّراسة مسألة تُعَدُّ من المعضلات، وهي (ما يترتّب على الحلف بالطَّلاق إذا حنث الحالف). وقد فشا وكَثُرَ في الأزمنة المتأخرة الحلف بالطَّلاق في المجتمعات المسلمة، مما دفعني للكتابة فيه ببحث وسميته :

هدفت الدراسة إلى استخدام مقاييس الدافعية العقلية وعلاقتها باكتساب بعض مفاهيم السلامة المرورية لتلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي , واستخدمت الباحثتان المنهج الوصفي بأسلوبي المسح والعلاقات الارتباطية لملاءمته لطبيعة البحث , إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (75) تلميذ وتلميذه من تلاميذ مدرسة فدك الابتدائية الأهلية , إذ قامت الباحثتان بأستخدام مقياس الدافعية العقلية والمكون من (25) فقرة  وأختبار تنمية بعض مفاهيم السلام

This study aimed to study the inhibition activity of purified bacteriocin produced from the local isolation Lactococcuslactis ssp. lactis against pathogenic bacteria species isolated from clinical samples in some hospitals Baghdad city. Screening of L. lactis ssp. Lactis and isolated from the intestines fish and raw milk was performed in well diffusion method. The results showed that L. lactis ssp. lactis (Lc4) was the most efficient isolate in producing the bacteriocin as well observed inhibitory activity the increased that companied with the concentration, the concentration of the twice filtrate was better in obtaining higher inhibition diameters compared to the one-fold concentration. Colonialism as a movement was very popular in Europe more than two centuries before. It aimed at controlling and exploiting several countries in Africa and Asia in addition to imposing their power and control on uninhabited islands. It received adherence and criticism as well. There also appeared activists and nations who stood against it and its practices. The study has tackled three important variables on the strategic and organizational level, that are : (Administrative skill, strategic Entrepreneurship  and organizational flexibility). Through the statistical analysis is, the research hers have sought to identify the relation among them. The study has been applied on a sample of (44) private banks in Iraq. A questionnaire, which has been designed according to a number of international standards, has been used. It's made of (29) items that cover the three variables to test their hypotheses. A number of statistical tools have been used A number of conclusion have been reached and recommendations have also been suggested.

مصطلح اهل الحديث من المصطلحات التى طرأ عليها التغيير في المعنى في فترة من الزمن ، اذ تطور من مصطلح كان يستخدم لوصف من كانوا يشتغلون بعلم الحديث ، الى مصطلح فكري ضم معنى جديدا لمعناه القديم، حيث شمل وصفا لمجموعة من العلماء و اتباعهم ممن كان لهم منظور خاص للنصوص و بالاخص النصوص المتشابهة.
