The current study was conducted on 504(Ros-308) broiler chicks during the period 28/9/2017-9/11/2018to determine the effect of heat shock in early age and additives such as ginseng in three levels on birds weight and feedconsumption. Results showed that the exposure to high temperature (38-400C) lead to significant decrease (p≤≤≤≤≤0.05 (inaverage body weight at7 day of age and significant decrease in body weight in birds expousured to high temperature inthe periods 2, 4 and 6 hours compared with control (Table 1). Significant decrease in live body weight when exposure to2hr compared with 6hr namely (138.54) and (144.21), respectively while no significant difference between 2 and 4h.Results showed no significant effect in body weight in control group compared with the group that fed on diet containginseng extract with or without vitamins and minerals. Interaction between exposure time and ginseng extract on bodygain weight all ages, the height body gain was noticed in P0G2 at 24days at age (514.78 gm). While, the lowest value wasin P6G0 (275.78) Accumulative body gain was differed significantly P2G2(2514.22 gm) compared with P6G0(2054.45 gm)

The degradation behaviours and reliability test results for the laser diode device (Sony-DL3148-025) will be presented .These devices are usually highly reliable. The degradation behaviour was exhibited in several aging tests, and device lifetimes were then estimated. The temperature dependence of 0.63?m lasers was studied. Two grades of paving asphalt with penetration of 46 and 65 are studied for determining changes in their physical and chemical properties caused by ageing.
The ageing process has been conducted on two petroleum paving asphalt cement using thin film oven test at 150, 163 and 175 C, and ageing time 5, 10,15, 20, 25 and 30 hours. The effect of ageing time and temperature on penetration, kinematic viscosity, softening point, solubility in trichloroethylene, heat loss and changes in chemical composition are investigated. The results of thin film oven test process indicte that the asphaltenes concentration of all aged asphalt increases with increasing ageing time, while the opposite was observed for polar-aromatic and naphthene-aromatic. Fifty isolates of Bacillus spp were obtained from rhizosphere soil of compositae
plant roots. The ability of inulinase production by these isolates was screened.
Bacillus Be9, which isolated from soil of lettuce root, was the highest inulinase
producer; it was identified as Bacillus cereus. Optimal culture medium and
condition for inulinase production were determinatd; the highest inulinase
production was obtained when the bacteria was cultured in inulin medium which
contained 0.5% inulin, 0.4% peptone as carbon and nitrogen source at pH 7.0
inoculated with 1ml of bacterial suspension and incubated at 40˚C for 48hrs.
