Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the quality of working life and its impact on the level of the organizational sense of alienation among a sample of teaching Anbar University in the center of Baghdad. Find and seek to achieve a number of cognitive and practical goals.

The study focuses on assessment of the quality of some image enhancement methods which were implemented on renal X-ray images. The enhancement methods included Imadjust, Histogram Equalization (HE) and Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE). The images qualities were calculated to compare input images with output images from these three enhancement techniques. An eight renal x-ray images are collected to perform these methods. Generally, the x-ray images are lack of contrast and low in radiation dosage. This lack of image quality can be amended by enhancement process. The bacteria Azotobacter Vinelandii  was taken from a central research in Baghdad, The purification of alginic acid which produced from the bacteria by several steps starting with precipitation with isopropanol (3:1) v/v , Washing by ppt with 100ml of isopropanol       : distilled water (3:1) v/v , then the ppt was dissolved in warm distilled water and dialysis against distilled water from 24 h/s . Convolvulus arvensis is a species of bindweed that is rhizomatous and is in the morning glory family (Convolvulaceae) native to Europe and Asia. The plant is naturally grown in Iraq. The plant was reported to be used in traditional medicine from as early as 1730s.

Results of a study of alloys and films with various Pb content have been reported and discussed. Films of of thickness 1.5 μm have been deposited on glass substrates by flash thermal evaporation method at room temperature, under vacuum at constant deposition rate. These films were annealed under vacuum around 10⁻⁶Torr at different temperatures up to 523 K.
