Therefore, this requires the parties to the contract to leave some elements open, including the price, because the adoption of a fixed price and inflexible will not be appropriate to meet their desires when contracting, especially with ignorance of matters beyond their will and may affect the market conditions, and the possibility of modifying the fixed price through The elimination is very limited, especially when the parties to the contract are equally in terms of economic strength. Hence, in order to respond to market uncertainties, the parties have been allowed to combine the fixed and open conditions of the contract. They are accurate, allowing flexible conditions to cope with unexpected market fluctuations. The building of the Babylonian theater is considered as one of the distinctive buildings where its foundations have remained steadfast in the face of geographical changes, social's erosion and groundwater that threatened almost all traces of Babylon despite the destruction of the outer structure of the building. Therefore, residues from four different Brassica vegetables viz. broccoli, Brussels sprout, cauliflower, and red cherry radish were extracted using two procedures methods: methanolic and water crude extracts. In this work the concept of semi-generalized regular topological space was introduced and studied via semi generalized open sets. Many properties and results was investigated and studied, also it was shown that the quotient space of semi-generalized regular topological space is not, in general semi-generalizedspace.
By use the notions pre-g-closedness and pre-g-openness we have generalized a class of separation axioms in topological spaces. In particular, we presented in this paper new types of regulαrities, which we named ρgregulαrity and Sρgregulαrity. Many results and properties of both types have been investigated and have illustrated by examples.
In this paper we introduced many new concepts all of these concepts completely
depended on the concept of feebly open set. The main concepts which introduced in
this paper are minimal f-open and maximal f-open sets. Also new types of
topological spaces introduced which called Tf min and Tf max spaces. Besides,
we present a package of maps called: minimal f-continuous, maximal f-continuous,
f-irresolute minimal, f-irresolute maximal, minimal f-irresolute and maximal firresolute.
