The Co(II), Ni(II) ,Cu(II), Zn(II) ,Cd(II) and Hg(II) complexes of mixed of amino acid (L-Proline) and Trimethoprim antibiotic were synthesized. The complexes were characterized using solubility, melting point, conductivity measurement ,. and determination the percentage of the metal in the complexes by flame(AAS).Magnetic susceptibility, Spectroscopic Method [FT-IR and UV-Vis]. Draw the proposed structure of the complexes using program , Chem. office 3D(2006). The ligands and there metal complexes were screened for their antimicrobial activity against four bacteria (gram + ve) and (gram-ve){Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus}.The proposed structure of the complexes using program , Chem office 3D(2006).The general formula have been given for the prepared mixed ligand complexes [M(Pro) 2 (TMP)(H 2 O)]where L-Proline (abbreviated as (ProH) = C 5 H 9 NO 2 And Pro-= C 5 H 8 NO 2 deprotonated primary ligand, L-proline. Trimethoprim (abbreviated as (TMP) =C 10 H 11 N 3 O 3 S .
A field study was conducted at the college of Agriculture, Baghdad University-Jadiriyah to investigate the effect of adding potassium fertilizer and organic nutrient (Reef Amirich) on the population density of two sucking pests of cucumber, cotton whitefly, Bemisia tabaci and onion thrips, Thrips tabaci during the spring season/2016. Removing of Gongo red from water was applied successfully by using synthesized CuO NPs which used as an adsorbent material. It was validated that the CuO NPs eliminate Congo red by means of adsorption, and the best efficiency of adsorption was gained at pH (3). In this study, functional and numerical response tests, which are important components in the selection of biological control agent, were carried out. In functional response trials, the amount of food consumed, attack rate (a) and handling time (Th) were calculated for each developmental period, depending on the number of preys given after 24 hours. The effect of subinhibitory concentration of Antibiotics on the Adherence of S.aureus (Coagulase Positive Staphylococci), and S.epidermidis (Coagulase negative Staphylococci) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter cloacae, Citobacter freundi (Gram negative bacteria) was done and the results revealed that Rifampicin was the best antibiotic inhibiting Staphylococci adherence and Vancomycin has less effect on the adherence of Staphylococci, whereas Tetracyclin was the best antibiotic inhbiting Gram negative bacteria adherence and Amikacin has the lest less effect on inhibiting bacterial adherence.
