In this research, the influence of the distance factor on the optimal working
frequency (FOT) parameter has been studied theoretically for the ionosphere layer
over the Middle East Zone. The datasets of the (FOT) parameter have been
generated using the (VOACAP) model which considers as one of the recommended
modern international communication models that used to calculate the ionosphere

Image of landsate-7 taken by thematic mapper was used and classified using supervised method. Results of supervised classification indicated presence of nine land cover classes. Salt-soils class shows the highest reflectance value while water bodies' class shows the lowest values. Also the results indicated that soil properties show different effects on reflectance. There was a high significant positive relation of carbonate, gypsum, electric conductivity and silt content, while there was a week positive relation with sand and negative relation with organic matter, water content, bulk density and cataion exchange capacity.

This paper concentrates on employing the -difference equations approach to prove another generating function, extended generating function, Rogers formula and Mehler’s formula for the polynomials , as well as thegenerating functions of Srivastava-Agarwal type. This study aims to determine the extent to which Palestinian elites use digital diplomacy to confront the Israeli narrative by exploring the motives for usage, patterns, essential digital diplomatic tools, and achieved satisfactions. The study adopted a survey methodology and employed a questionnaire distributed to a sample of 110 Palestinian political and media elites.
