Mixed metal ligand complexes is reported with Curcumin (CUM) as a primary ligand and 1:10-phenanthroline (phen ) as secondary ligand. The structures of these complexes are confirmed by using FT-IR and UV- electronic spectroscopies, magnetic moments, melting points , molar conductivity measurements .and the metal % analysis revealed that the complexes analyze indicates a six coordinated as[M(CUM)( Phen)2]Cl, M=Mn (II), Co(II), Ni(II),Cu(II) ,Zn(II) , Cd(II) , Hg(II) and [M’ (CUM)( Phen)2]Cl2 M’= Cr(III) &. Ovako Working Postures Analyzing System (OWAS) is a widely used method for studying awkward working postures in workplaces. This study with OWAS, analyzed working postures for manual material handling of laminations at stacking workstation for water pump assembly line in Electrical Industrial Company (EICO) / Baghdad. A computer program, WinOWAS, was used for the study. In real life workstation was found that more than 26% of the working postures observed were classified as either AC2 (slightly harmful), AC3 (distinctly harmful). This study aimed at identifying the counseling needs for classroom teachers specialization in
Jerash university. The sample of the study consisted (112) students. To achieve this goal a
scale with (39) items was built by the researcher, this scale has four domains they are as
follows; family, social, psychological and academic domain. The results of this study showed
that counseling needs obtain the heighest average. As well as, the results of the study revealed
that there were statistical differences in favor of gender and teaching year variable. Finally the
study stated a list of recommendations.
