The synthesized ligand [4-chloro-5-(N-(5,5-dimethyl-3-oxocyclohex-1-en-1-yl)sulfamoyl)-2-((furan-2-ylmethyl)amino)benzoic acid] (H2L1) was identified utilizing Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), 1 H, 13 C – NMR, (C.H.N), Mass spectra, UVVis methods based on spectroscopy. To detect mixed ligand complexes, analytical and spectroscopic approaches such as micro-analysis, conductance, UV-Visible, magnetic susceptibility, and FT-IR spectra were utilized. Its mixed ligand complexes [M(L1)(Q)Cl2] [ where M= Co(II), Ni(II) , and Cd(II)] and complexes [Pd(L1)(Q)] and [Pt(L1)(Q)Cl2]; [H2L1] =β-enaminone ligand =L1 and Q= 8-Hydroxyquinoline = L2]. To estimate some of the genetic parameters and genotypic phenotypic coefficient of variation and to find the interaction between varieties and generations in the morphological traits and yield,yield components. Three varieties of Faba beans were treated by nitroso acid mutagen, field experiments were conducted during 2010-2013. Hypothyroidism has been associated with disorders of glucose and insulin metabolism..The present study was designed to evaluate the possible change in some hormones (free testosterone, estradiol, prolactin, insulin), glucose and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR) in women with primary hypothyroidism under thyroid hormone replacement therapy .This cross-sectional study was carried on 62 hypothyroid patients׳  women and 22  healthy women as control group at the specialized center for endocrinology and diabetes, AL-Rasafa Directorate of  Health Baghdad, with age range(15-60 years), diagnosed as having primary hypothyroidism on thyroxine replacement therapy with duration not less than four months.
