This article deals with estimations of system Reliability for one component, two and s-out-of-k stress-strength system models with non-identical component strengths which are subjected to a common stress, using Exponentiated Exponential distribution with common scale parameter. Based on simulation, comparison studies are made between the ML, PC and LS estimators of these system reliabilities when scale parameter is known.

The present study aims at exploring tow cultural intelligence scales of preparatory school students. It also aims at finding out the statistically significant differences according to gender and specification. Accordingly, the present study seeks to answer the following questions:

1. Is there cultural intelligence of the preparatory school students?

This study aims to use claystone beds exposed in the Injana Formation (Late Miocene) at Karbala-Najaf plateau, middle of Iraq for the manufacturing of perforated and ordinary bricks. This research is an attempt to explore a social and pragmatic phenomenon of lamentation in elegies of Gray and AL-Khansaa' who represent two different cultures. It illustrates the intended meaning of lamentation in English and Arabic and finds how the two languages express this purpose of poetry by analysing it socio-pragmatically adopting Searle's models (1969),and its modifications. The main aim of this research is to: 1) identify the Transformational Leadership of the Managers of higher School in ALkut district and its relationship with organizational Loyalty. 2) Clarify the relationship between Transformational Leadership and organizational Loyalty.
