This article discusses some linguistic problems that arise when translating the Holy Quran from Arabic to Russian. We analyze lexical, syntactic and semantic problems and support them with Examples of verses from the Qur'an, since the Qur'an is the word of Allah. It contains prayers and instructions full of both literal representations and figurative comparisons. The identification of linguistic and rhetorical features challenges translators of the Holy Qur'an, especially when translating such literary devices as metaphor, assonance, epithet, irony, repetition, polysemy, metonymy, comparisons, synonymy and homonymy. The major aims of this study are to improve knowledge of historical tall structure stability and rehabilitation operations using the finite element approach to model the soil and minaret (PLAXIS 3D 2020), a platform for computational soil investigation and modeling. The numerical analysis aims to identify stresses, settlement, and deformation of the soil and minaret in various scenarios like Earthquakes, explosions, and winds. In this study, the effect of pumping power on the conversion efficiency of nonlinear crystal (KTP) was investigated using laser pump-power technique. The results showed that the higher the pumping power values, the greater the conversion efficiency (η) and, as the crystal thickness increases within limitations, the energy conversion efficiency increases at delay time of (0.333 ns) and at room temperature. Efficiency of 80% at length of KTP crystal (L = 1.75 X 10^-3 m) and P_in = 28MW, and also, compare the experimental results with numerical results by using MATLAB program.
