This paper investigates a new approach to the rapid control of an upper limb exoskeleton actuator. We used a mathematical model and motion measurements of a human arm to estimate joint torque as a means to control the exoskeleton’s actuator. The proposed arm model is based on a two-pendulum configuration and is used to obtain instantaneous joint torques which are then passed into control law to regulate the actuator torque. The  two  i nsecticides  Nogos and  Sumicidin  were  tested  for  their activity  against larvae  and  eggs  of  Culex  pipiens under  laboratory conditi on.

Third  instar  larvae  were  exposed  for  24, 48 and  72.  hrs  to five concentrations  each insecticide  test: 0.0005, 0.005, 0.05, 0.5 and  1.0 ppm. The same concentrations were used to test the eggs hatching.

In this paper, the rotation curve of the Milky Way galaxy has been determined using the observed HI emission line at a wavelength of 21 cm. Particularly, the Tangent Point Method was used in order to measure the rotational velocity and the distance to the center of the Milky Way. The measured rotation curve showed that the rotational velocity remains approximately constant at large distances from the center of the Galaxy. This is actually an evidence for the existence of dark matter in the halo of the Milky Way. If all the matter in the Milky Way is visible, then the behavior of the rotation curve of the galaxy should experience a Keplerian decline. The aim of this paper is to investigate the effects of Nd:YAG laser shock processing (LSP) on micro-hardness and surface roughness of 86400Cu-Zn alloy.
