In this paper, we proved that if R is a prime ring, U be a nonzero Lie ideal of R , d be a nonzero (?,?)-derivation of R. Then if Ua?Z(R) (or aU?Z(R)) for a?R, then either or U is commutative Also, we assumed that Uis a ring to prove that: (i) If Ua?Z(R) (or aU?Z(R)) for a?R, then either a=0 or U is commutative. (ii) If ad(U)=0 (or d(U)a=0) for a?R, then either a=0 or U is commutative. (iii) If d is a homomorphism on U such that ad(U) ?Z(R)(or d(U)a?Z(R), then a=0 or U is commutative.

During  the period from  September  1999 till  August  2000, a

tota l  of 194 catfish Silurus triostegus were collected from Garmat Ali river,    orth of Basrah city. Heavy infestation with Ergasilus ogawai was  recorded  on  the  gills  of  S.  triostegus  with  an  incidence  of infection approaching  98.9% while the average intensity of infection was 417. In the present work, a series of new bis cyclic imides (pyromellit imides) linked to different nitrogen heterocycles namely (pyridine, pyrimidine, phenazone and quinoline) was synthesized.
Synthesis of the new imides was performed via two steps in the first one a series of bis amic acids (pyromellit amic acids) was synthesized via reaction of pyromellitic anhydride with variety of nitrogen heterocyclic primary amines while in the second step the prepared bis amic acids were dehydrated via treatment with acetic anhydride and anhydrous sodium acetate affording the desired imides.
