يهدف البحث لمحاولة دراسة واقع ادارة الوقت لدى عينه من  رؤوساء الأقسام العلمية في كليات ومعاهد هيئة التعليم التقني اذ بلغ حجم العينة (47% )  فرداً  تم احتيارهم عشوائياً من (15) كلية ومعهد موزعة في (69 من محافظات القطر  وبلغ حجم عينة البحث (17%) من عدد رؤوساء الاقسام العلمية في الهيئة ،  ولغرض جمع البيانات تم  أعداد استمارة استبيان تمت صياغتها بشكل يؤمن توثيق الوقت الفعل

This study aims to derive a general relation between line loads that acting on two-way slab system and the equivalent uniformly distributed loads. This relation will be so useful to structural designer that are used to working with a uniformly distributed load and enable them to use the traditional methods for analysis of two-way systems (e.g. Direct Design Method). Two types of slab systems, Slab System with Beams and Flat Slab Systems, have been considered in this study to include the effect of aspect ratio and type of slab on the proposed relation. Zirconia ceramic restoration (ZCR) has a higher fracture incidence rate than metal ceramic restoration. Different surface treatments were used to improve fracture performance of ZCR such as grit blasting (GB) by aluminium oxide powder.
