Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic chronic disease, with global estimation increase in patient (around 100 million in 2030).The aim of the current study is to investigate vitamin D, C-reactive protein and estradiol levels in pre and postmenopausal Iraqi women with type 2 diabetes (T2MD).A total of 176 female distributed into two groups: the first included 90 women withT2MD (43 pre and 47 post-menopausal); the second group included 86 healthy subjects (41 pre and 45 postmenopausal) considered as control. This study has shown that women in premenopausal (20-40 years) had highly significant difference in the estradiol and vitamin D levels in diabetes subjects (62.192 ± 17.643pg/ml, 10.522 ± 1.958ng/ml) compared with healthy (131.793 ± 18.003, 28.573 ± 12.302) respectively, also significant difference in CRP level (8.485 ± 4.318) was indicated compared with non-diabetes (4.811 ± 3.778pg/ml) and there was significant increase in body mass index in diabetes compared to healthy. Postmenopausal female results showed significant difference inestradiol and vitamin D which reached (44.82407 ± 19.626pg/ml, 9.830 ± 5.845ng/ml) compared with healthy (122.531 ± 15.738pg/ml, 25.492 ± 10.967ng/ml) respectively, body mass index showed significant increase also, however, there was no difference in CRP level. A significant correlation was observed between CRP and estradiol level in premenopausal women, however, there was no significant in others factors.the search found high correlation of CRP and estrogen in type 2 diabetes compared with healthy women.

Sevelamer and calcium-containing phosphate binders have been associated with cost burden and tissue calcification, respectively. Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) is one of the important topics in the financial management, it has the impact on the users decisions, it also effect on many other variables i.e dividend, therefore. This paper aims to provide a diameter of Financial Reporting Quality (FRQ) level for the companies listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange. It also tries to show the FRQ effects on the dividend policy. n this research, several estimators concerning the estimation are introduced. These estimators are closely related to the hazard function by using one of the nonparametric methods namely the kernel function for censored data type with varying bandwidth and kernel boundary. Two types of bandwidth are used: local bandwidth and global bandwidth. Moreover, four types of boundary kernel are used namely: Rectangle, Epanechnikov, Biquadratic and Triquadratic and the proposed function was employed with all kernel functions.
