This research aims  to know the reality of  implementation of  Knowledge Management in Saudi Universities Applied  in Shaqra University and to study the difficults whish encountered in applying the Knowledge Management approach.

One of the challenges encountered in sustaining productive crops is the prevalence of pests and diseases afflicting oil palm plants. Oil palm productivity is closely related to the conditions of its leaves, which play a vital role in photosynthesis.
