مفهومية فن الفخار في عصور قبل التاريخ في العراق

    دخلت حركة الإصلاحات العثمانية العراق مع تولي مدحت باشا ولاية بغداد (1869 -1872)  وكان لذلك اثر كبير في احداث تغيير جذري للمجتمع العراقي ، بدء من اجراء إصلاحات إدارية عززت من نظام الحكم المركزي وسعت الى التقليل من مظاهر الفوضى داخل المجتمع وصولا الى تكوين الوعي السياسي الجمعي والنخبوي للمجتمع العراقي ، منذ النصف الثاني للقرن التاسع عشر حتى مطلع القرن لعشرين. من هنا جاءت فكرة موضوع البحث للاستفادة التاريخية

 The organizations recognize what the effective role of time management in achieving competitive advantage and success. But the effectiveness depends on integrating some organization actions which perspective are relating with it by significance relations and high affect. From this the research problem is arising، which descripe the recognizing of libraries managers for the role of some organizational actions. The samples from (40) libraries managers are chosen.

This study analyses six political cartoons selected based on their relevance to current Iraqi political issues, specifically the period between 2005 and 2015, from American online newspapers (calgecartooms.com). The selection criteria included the cartoons' satirical elements, visual rhetoric, and their ability to engage with themes such as power dynamics, social issues, and public opinion. It sheds light on how these cartoons can function as mediators of meanings between the cartoonists and the readers. The data is examined using multimodal discourse analysis (MDA), which combines language study with the analysis of other visual elements, like colors, gestures, and images, to understand meaning (O’Halloran et al., 2011).    In this paper , two method which deal with finding the optimal value for adaptive smoothing constant, are compared .This constant is used in adaptive Single Exponential Smoothing (ASES).

The comparing is between a method uses time domain and another uses frequency domain when the data contain outlier value for autoregressive model of order one AR(1) , or Markov Model, when the time series are stationary and non stationary with deferent samples .
