In this research, geopolymer mortar had to be designed with 50% to 50% slag and fly ash with and without 1% micro steel fiber at curing temperature of 240℃. The molarity of alkaline solution adjusted with 12 molar sodium hydroxid to sodium silicate was 2 to 1, reaspectivly. The heat of curing increased the geopolymerization proceses of geoplymer mortar, which led to increasing strength, giving the best result and early curing age. In this study, pure Co3O4 nano structure and doping with 4 %, and
6 % of Yttrium is successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method.
The XRD examination, optical, electrical and photo sensing
properties have been studied for pure and doped Co3O4 thin films.
The X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis shows that all films are
polycrystalline in nature, having cubic structure.
The optical properties indication that the optical energy gap follows
allowed direct electronic transition calculated using Tauc equation
and it increases for doped Co3O4. The photo sensing properties of
thin films are studied as a function of time at different wavelengths to
find the sensitivity for these lights.

  The Dopping effect by methyl orange ( )on optical constants [Refractive index (n), extinction coefficient(K0),real and imaginary parts of dielectric constant(εr &εi)] of poly methyl methacrylat (PMMA)  that additive to this polymer with both percentages 2% and 4% at thickness(145)µm have been studied. This study has been done by recording the absorption and transmission spectra in the wavelength range (200-900)nm . The results  showed that all  optical parameters are increased by increasing dopping rate except the transmission was decreased.
