The current study aims to examine the experience of female students with disabilities who studying in university in kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To this end, the researcher used semi-structured interview as an instrument to collect the study data which regards as one of the descriptive approach tools. The sample comprised (12) disabled-female students from multidiscipline within both college of arts and college of education. The physical and chemical parameters of Tigris River water in AL- Kut City have been studied. Three stations have been chosen. . The sampling of study was made monthly and for six months from September 2014 until February 2015.The result of turbidity values showed height mean in summer 84 NTU, The decrease of turbidity was one of the positive results to the effect of AL-Kut Dam on the Tigris River after the Dam and on the total suspended solids. The objective of this study was to evaluate the activity of dry metallic copper and colloidal silver solution to reduce the viability of P.aeruginosa isolates compared with stainless steel as a control. Three clinical isolates of P.aeruginosa (108, 110 and 111 ) which were multi antibiotics resistant tested by inoculating 107 CFU/ml on to coupons( 1cm x 1cm) of copper and stainless steel and incubated at room temperature for various time periods ranging from 30minutes up to 180 minutes .Bacterial viability was determined by plate viable count CFU/ml.
