In this work, a convex lens concentrating solar collector is designed and manufactured locally by using 10 convex lenses (concentrator) of a diameter 10cm and one Copper absorber tube of a diameter 12.5mm and 1mm in thickness 1m length. The Freezing was used in saving samples collected newly, in addition to use Alcohol and Formalin with different concentrations 70% of Alcohol and 10% of Formalin. The concentrations of some heavy metal elements were examined, such as Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium, Manganese, Magnesium, Zinc, Iron, Copper and Boron in samples saved in Formalin and Alcohol and frozen at different durations. Sperms were obtained from caudal epididymis of male mice and prepared by adding10% of honey to the IVF medium using direct sperms activation technique for 30 minute incubation period before artificial insemination.

So this study aimed to study some of the liver function represented by the enzymes aspartate aminotransferase (AST or GOT) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT or GPT) in smokers and non-smokers for 50 persons in a group consists of 25 smokers and 25 non-smokers of different ages and to study the effectiveness of cigarette smoking on liver enzymes by checking the secretion of (AST) (35.84± 4.1)U/ 1 (ALT)(51.08±7.286 ) U/1(p<0.05) relative to non-smokers were significantly correlated with heavy cigarette smoking.

In this study, gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) were synthesized using a plasma jet system at different exposure times. Using ultraviolet, visible spectra, X-ray diffraction, the nanoparticles were characterized (XRD). A Plasmon surface resonance concentrated at 530, 540, and 533 nm for the prepared AuNPs. The pattern of XRD showed that the extreme peaks of the film reflect crystalline existence. The face-centered cubic structure of the gold nanoparticles was prepared for all samples, with an average crystallite size of 25-40 nm.
