Introduction: Metabolism is a vital technique in the field of medical research. It offers an insight into the etiopathogenesis of diseases and the formulation of personalized treatment regimens. Biochemical and metabolic alterations require innovative therapeutic approaches in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Trace elements, like copper and zinc, may help treat PCOS due to their relation to metabolism. Objective: The aim of this work was to explore the metabolic impact of copper and zinc supplementation in women with PCOS using state-of-the-art metabolomics technologies. Methods: This study included fifty PCOS patients and fifty healthy subjects. High-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) was used for the metabolic analysis of the participants before and after obtained standard copper and zinc exposure, extracted from the blood samples of the analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, significant metabolic changes were noted post-supplementation in the PCOS patients. Fasting glucose was lower (85.2 mg/ dL to 79.1 mg/dL, p < 0.05), suggesting enhanced glucose metabolism. Higher lactate (12.5 µmol/L to 15.3 µmol/L, p < 0.05) indicated a higher energy utilization. Studies show increased levels of leucine (85.7 µg/mL to 92.3 µg/mL, p < 0.01) and palmitic acid (120.6 µg/mL to 136.2 µg/mL, p < 0.001) that mirrored alterations in amino acid and lipid metabolism. Glutamine (85.7 µg/mL vs. 78.9 µg/mL, p < 0.05) and creatinine (1.2 mg/dL vs. 0.9 mg/dL, p < 0.01) were elevated, while choline (45.8 µmol/L vs. 52.4 µmol/L, p < 0.001) decreased, highlighting supplementation's metabolic impact. Conclusion: Metabolomics showed that zinc and copper supplements could be used therapeutically to adjust PCOS-related metabolic pathways. These effects highlight the significance of metabolomics in precision medicine by allowing the introduction of customized therapeutic techniques catered to unique metabolic profiles for advanced sickness manipulation and therapeutic consequences. Alzheimer's disease (AD) increasingly affects the elderly and is a major killer of those 65 and over. Different deep-learning methods are used for automatic diagnosis, yet they have some limitations. Deep Learning is one of the modern methods that were used to detect and classify a medical image because of the ability of deep Learning to extract the features of images automatically. However, there are still limitations to using deep learning to accurately classify medical images because extracting the fine edges of medical images is sometimes considered difficult, and some distortion in the images. Therefore, this research aims to develop A Computer-Aided Brain Diagnosis (CABD) system that can tell if a brain scan exhibits indications of

The pandemic handling by the government and the difficulties of public health measures enforcement in Iraq. Estimation of the COVID-19 data set was performed. Iraq is endangered to the pandemic, like the rest of the world besides sharing borders with hotspot neighbouring country Iran. The government of Iraq launched proactive measures in an attempt to prevent the viral spread. Nevertheless, reports of new cases keep escalating leaving the public health officials racing to take more firm constriction to face the pandemic. The paper bring forth the current COVID-19 scenario in Iraq, the government measures towards the public health challenges, and

All the studied groups were carried out to measure antiGliadin antibodies IgA and IgG by ELISA test and anti-reticulin antibodies IgA and IgG by IFAT. There were significant elevation (P<0.05) in the concentration of AGA IgA and IgG antibodies compared to control group. The prevalence of AGA antibodies IgA and IgG was 8% and 9.33% respectively. There were a highly significant differences (P<0.01) between studies groups. The prevalence of antireticulin antibodies ARA IgA and IgG was 6.67% and 4.0% respectively i

Materials and Methods: Two groups of lambs of 3–4 months of age were injected with 1 ml of ARRIAH-VAC vaccine intramuscularly in the neck, five Lambs were given selenium nanoparticles (size 100 nm) oral administration of selenium nano dose of 0.1 mg/kg of body mass once every day for sixty days considered as group one (G1) while the other five used as control Group 2 (G2). Results: This resulted in the establishment of an immune response, as evidenced by a rise in antibody titer in the blood using the ELISA test for three serotypes A,

The SSF was designed at a 0.2 m/h filtration rate with filter area 1 m2 and total filter depth of 2.3 m. A filter sand media 0.35 mm in size and 1 m depth was supported by 0.2 m layer of gravel of size 5 mm. The secondary effluent from Al-Rustamiya STP was used as the influent to the slow sand filter. The results showed that the removal of BOD5, COD, TSS, and Chloride were

Background: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) is a collection of connected cardiovascular risk factors that characterizes the complicated illness. The waist circumference cutoff point fluctuation has so far defined Mets. Objective: This study aimed to determine the cutoff point for WC in healthy Iraqi adults. Methods: This cross-sectional survey establishes the standard value for WC among 300 healthy university students in Wasit city, Iraq. They are aged between 18-25 years. The receiver operator characteristic (ROC) curve was used WC to predict the presence of two or more risk factors for MetS, as defined by IDF. Results: The cutoff level yielding maximum sensitivity and specificity for predicting the presence of multiple risk factors was
