Introduction: Metabolism is a vital technique in the field of medical research. It offers an insight into the etiopathogenesis of diseases and the formulation of personalized treatment regimens. Biochemical and metabolic alterations require innovative therapeutic approaches in polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Trace elements, like copper and zinc, may help treat PCOS due to their relation to metabolism. Objective: The aim of this work was to explore the metabolic impact of copper and zinc supplementation in women with PCOS using state-of-the-art metabolomics technologies. Methods: This study included fifty PCOS patients and fifty healthy subjects. High-resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy (NMR) was used for the metabolic analysis of the participants before and after obtained standard copper and zinc exposure, extracted from the blood samples of the analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, significant metabolic changes were noted post-supplementation in the PCOS patients. Fasting glucose was lower (85.2 mg/ dL to 79.1 mg/dL, p < 0.05), suggesting enhanced glucose metabolism. Higher lactate (12.5 µmol/L to 15.3 µmol/L, p < 0.05) indicated a higher energy utilization. Studies show increased levels of leucine (85.7 µg/mL to 92.3 µg/mL, p < 0.01) and palmitic acid (120.6 µg/mL to 136.2 µg/mL, p < 0.001) that mirrored alterations in amino acid and lipid metabolism. Glutamine (85.7 µg/mL vs. 78.9 µg/mL, p < 0.05) and creatinine (1.2 mg/dL vs. 0.9 mg/dL, p < 0.01) were elevated, while choline (45.8 µmol/L vs. 52.4 µmol/L, p < 0.001) decreased, highlighting supplementation's metabolic impact. Conclusion: Metabolomics showed that zinc and copper supplements could be used therapeutically to adjust PCOS-related metabolic pathways. These effects highlight the significance of metabolomics in precision medicine by allowing the introduction of customized therapeutic techniques catered to unique metabolic profiles for advanced sickness manipulation and therapeutic consequences. The current study aims to monitor the implementation of the project and for each of the executed tasks of the table of quantities in order to detect deviations at the time they occur, evaluate the time and cost performance, and then identify the areas of waste and analyze the implementation of each task in order to diagnose the underlying problems and find possible and applicable solutions in the environment Iraqi. The research was applied in one of the companies specialized in the field of construction projects, and one of the most important conclusions reached is the possibility of applying

For gathering the required data, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to the faculty members of community colleges at King Khalid University in a random sample method. The chosen sample size has covered (123) individuals. Questionnaire forms have been distributed and retrieved from (117) participants. Therefore, the estimated response has reached 95 % of the total sample size. The results of the study have shown that there is not any significant relationship between the skills which the graduates acquire and the requirements of employmen

Contemporary auditor should cope with the challenges of the technology evolution in the business environment by using computerized techniques such as Artificial neural networks, This research is the first work made in the field of modern techniques of the artificial neural networks in the field of auditing; it is made by using thesample of neural networks as a sample of the artificial multi-layer Back Propagation neural networks in the field of detecting fundamental mistakes of the financial statements when making auditing. The research objectives at offering a methodology for the application of theartificial neural networks wi
... Show MorePsoriasis is a long-lasting autoimmune disease that is characterized by swollen skin patches. Normally, these skin patches are dark, swollen, itchy and scaly. The single application of the innate TLR7/8 ligand Imiquimod (IMQ) in mice easily induces a dermatitis that closely resembles human psoriasis, critically dependent on the axis of IL-23/IL-17. Artemisia dracunculus prepared as an ointment and has been used topically to mice before imiquimod application. The results of the current study showed that A. dracunculus ointment can significantly reduce psoriasis area and severity index in (A. dracunculus ointment + imiquimod group as compared with both control group and (vehicle ointment + imiquimod) group.
Four samples of the Se55S20Sb15Sn10 alloy were prepared using the melting point method. Samples B, C and D were irradiated with (6.04×1010, 12.08×1010 and 18.12×1010 (n.cm-2s -1 ) of thermal neutron beam from a neutron source (241Am-9Be) respectively, while sample A was left not irradiated. The electrical properties were assessed both before and after the radiation. All irradiated and non-irradiated samples show three conduction mechanisms, at low temperatures, electrical conductivity is achieved by electron hopping between local states near the Fermi level. At intermediate temperatures, conduction occurs by the jumping of electrons between local states at band tails. At high temperatures, electrons transfer between extended stat
