Abstract That the child is aged 7 years, surrounded by information, knowledge and skillsvaried, which constitute the raw material of experience teaching and is in the rule of inputlearning, if received by the student of these data are positive, these data require research and audit, the style becomes more positive, effective, and then becomes the explorer, butnot done exploration efficiency without the visual, auditory and sensory owned by thechildren. So study aimed to identify the values of the optical track and explore mathematical and find the relationship between them. And use the descriptive approach in a manner the linkon the children of the first year of primary school age (6-7) years in my school Waziriya and Karkh, during the period from 01/10/2011 till 11/10/2011. By testing the optical track (as an indicator of the efficiency of optical) and the measure of exploratory behavior sports.After processing the data the researchers concluded that there is significant correlationbetween the optical track and the measure of exploratory behavior in children sports the first year of primary school. Therefore recommends that researchers need to addresscapacity optical and optical tracking in children because of their active role in theexploration and obtain information from the surrounding environment.
This study concluded detection of Toxoplasma gondii in milk, immunologically by using Elisa and nested PCR)nPCR (based on B1 gene, also to investigate the effect of toxoplasmosis, parity, breed and flock on some milk composition in the Iraqi local and Shami goats in the middle of Iraq. A total of 80 milk samples of the lactating goats were collected. Results of this study showed the prevalence of Toxoplasmosis was 21.25% and 28.75% by Elisa and nPCR respectively without significant differences. The sensitivity of Elisa was a low (30.43%) whereas the specificity was a high (82.45%). The degree of agreement estimated by Kappa coefficient revealed a slight agreement (0.14) between two methods. This study was conducted during the period 1/9/2014 – 1/2/2015 and aimed to identify the polymorphisms of IGF-1 gene in broiler chickens and their effects on some biochemical traits. A total of 300 one-day-old broiler chicks (Cobb500, n=150; Hubbard F-15, n=150) were evaluated in this study. Blood samples were individually collected from all birds for DNA extraction. PCR-RFLP method being used for determination the genotypes of IGF-1 gene which then correlated with biochemical traits studied. A study was carried out to analysis of some heavy metals in nine different types of vinegar, belong to Grape, Apple, Synthetic White, Date, Hawthorn, Garlic, Cactus, Pomegranate and Ginger vinegar, which are locally available in Iraqi folk medicine markets. The geometric morphometric technique was used to study the variables in the shape and size wings of different populations of mosquitoes Culex quinquefasciatus from different Iraqi provinces Babylon, Baghdad and Wasit. The results showed that the average of centroid size were 366, 387.5 and 407.4 Micron in Babylon, Baghdad and Kut, respectively. The statistical analysis showed that there were no significant differences in the average of centroid size of all specimens and they belong to the same species.
