The purpose of this paper is to identifying the relationship between the moral climate and the decision-making of boxing referees from the standpoint of the coaches, and the research problem lies through the work of the researchers in training and managing the teams. It was noted that the role of the referees is one of the most important roles played by the workers to achieve the objectives of the federation, and that the moral climate that prevails among the administrative body the union and the referees on the one hand and between the referees and coaches on the other hand are among the factors of the success of everyone’s work and the survival and strengthening of confidence in their work and thus the continuity of success and production and the achievement of goals, hence the desire to conduct this study, and the researchers used the descriptive approach in the manner of correlations to suit it with the nature of the research problem, The study population consisted of (160) coaches and referees in the Boxing Federation. As for the research sample, it was divided into a sample of adapting the moral climate scale, which consisted of (70) judges. As for the building sample for the decision-making scale, it consisted of (90) coaches. The standards (moral climate) were modified and built. for the administrative body, decision-making for the referees), the measures were applied to the research sample in order to extract the results of the research and achieve the goal of the research, which is to identify the relationship between the moral climate and decision-making for boxing referees from the point of view of the coaches and it was found that they are at an above average level in the moral climate and decision-making as well That there is a direct relationship between the two research variables (moral climate and decision-making), that is, the greater the moral climate, the greater the decision-making.
One of the key challenges is reliable communication for Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs) since underwater environments are dynamic and challenging for signal transmission. The traditional acoustic communication systems allow long-distance communication but are limited by the low bandwidth, high latency, and doppler effect. Optical wireless, on the other hand, provides high data rates with water absorption and scattering occurring within the transmission distance, but has a short range of communication. To overcome these drawbacks, a smart hybrid optical-acoustic communication system is proposed that is a combination of Wavelength Division Multiplexing and On-Off Keying (WDM-OOK) to transmit a high-speed signal over optical and ac

This study aims to provide an integrated optimization and forecasting framework that combines Cutting Optimization Pro5, linear programming, and an Enhanced N-BEATS deep learning model to minimize material waste and manufacturing cost and to predict the number of production items with a price-reduction strategy. The real industrial case study is based on production and pricing data from the Akad factory of the General Company for Electrical and Electronic Products in Iraq for the period from 2014 to 2025, concerning the manufacture of 80 L

Despite numerous countermeasures targeting specific attack types, the seamless nature of image manipulation challenges the differentiation between authentic and altered visuals. This study aims to detect fake images generated by StyleGAN2-ADA using watermark analysis and image content analysis techniques. The first experiment evaluates the performance of watermarking techniques in the spatial (Least Significant Bit (LSB)) and frequency (Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT)) domains using real-life imagery. Then, watermarked images are used as input to the StyleGAN2-ADA model to genera

This technique is expressed in two forms: the hypothesis and the implications of linguistic and non-linguistic rules. Nathalie Sarraute’s "Pour un oui ou pour un non" states this narrative method through her character’s verbal and non-verbal dialogue. The present paper discusses the implicit method and shows the reason behind which the author uses it in her play "Pour un oui ou pour un non".

The ligand was refluxed in ethanol with metal ions [VO(II), Mn(II), Co(II) and Ni(II)] salts to give complexes of general molecular formula:[M(H2L)2(X)(Y)].B, where: M=VO(II), X=0, Y=OSO3-2, B=2H2O; M=Mn(II),Co(II) ,X=Cl, Y=Cl, B=0; M=Ni(II), X=H2O, Y=Cl, B=Cl. Belt type oil skimmer was utilized for evaluating the process efficiency with various operating conditions such as temperature (17-40 °C) and time (0.5-2.5 hr.). Polyaluminum chloride (PAC) coagulant and polyacrylamide (PAM) flocculant was used to investigate the performance of the coagulation/flocculation process with PAC dosage (5-90 ppm) and pH (5-10) as operating conditions. In the skimming process, the oil content, COD, turbidity, and TSS decreased with an increase in tempera

Erbium-doped fiber amplifiers (EDFAs) are used as post and pre-amplifiers in the proposed UDWDM–PDM–FSO system to boost the transmission power for increasing the distance. Thirty-two channels are transported over the FSO link to realize the total data transmission of 160 and 320 Gbps with 0.08 and 0.1 nm channel spacing, respectively. Results are also reported with non-return to zero modulation schemes. The performance of the proposed UDWDM–PDM–FSO transmission sys
