Copper with different concentrations doped with zinc oxide nanoparticles were prepared from a mixture of zinc acetate and copper acetate with sodium hydroxide in aqueous solution. The structure of the prepared samples was done by X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy (AFM) and UV-VIS absorption spectrophotometer. Debye-Scherer formula was used to calculate the size of the prepared samples. The band gap of the nanoparticle ZnO was determined by using UV-VIS optical spectroscopy.
The main purpose of the paper is to identify the controllability of an existing production system; yogurt production line in Abu Ghraib Dairy Factory which has several machines of food processing and packing that has been studied. Through the starting of analysis, instability in production has been found in the factory. The analysis is built depending on experimental observation and data collection for different processing time of the machines, and statistical analysis has been conducted to model the production system. Arena Software is applied for simulating and analyzing the current state of the production system, and results are expanded to improve the system production and efficiency. Research method is applied to contribute in knowi
... Show MoreThis research aims to analyze the impact of effective manufacturing strategy on total productive maintenance. Effective manufacturing focuses on improving product quality, increasing productivity, and reducing costs, while total productive maintenance focuses on maintaining machines and equipment in good operational condition and high efficiency. The research seeks to understand how to achieve integration between these two dimensions to achieve excellent performance in manufacturing operations. The study was conducted using the General Company for Battery Manufacturing as a research community, with a sample size of 60 individuals. The research found significant results, including the fact that using an effective manufacturing strategy leads
... Show MoreINTRODUCTION: A range of tools and technologies are at disposal for the purpose of defect detection. These include but are not limited to sensors, Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) algorithms, X-ray systems, ultrasound systems, and eddy current systems. OBJECTIVES: The determination of the suitable instrument or combination of instruments is contingent upon the precise production procedure and the category of flaw being identified. In certain cases, defects may necessitate real-time monitoring and analysis through the use of sensors and SPC software, whereas more comprehensive analysis may be required for other defects through the utilization of X-ray or ultrasound sy
... Show MoreA theoretical study by using computer model is presented to study the energy characteristics of the vibrational – rotational levels as a function of the vibrational and rotational quantum number, respectively. The calculations were based on the basis of a multilevel model taking into account the non-equilibrium population of the rotational levels. The computational investigation has been performed to examine the vibrational-rotational characteristics of some hydrogen halides chemical laser molecules. This program takes into account the various molecules of chemical lasers such as, Hydrogen Fluoride (HF), Deuterium Fluoride (DF), Hydrogen Chloride (HCl), and Deuterium Chloride (DCl). The practical difficulties associated with this
