The research aims to diagnose the level of reflection of uncertainty management strategies (Ignoring uncertainty, knowledge generation , interaction , coping) managing of Organizational change strategies (power coercive, rational empirical, Normative reductive) to the importance of the two subjects and the importance of the expected results has been selected sample size (65) managers from Zain , Asia Cell Telecommunication (32 Zain and 33 company Asia),which alignment for the such a study being heavily dependent on the certainty or uncertainty subject . The researchers are attain there is the effect of uncertainty management strategies in Organizational change management strategies on the overall level in the two companies but have tended to Zain Company , either at the level of individual strategies level there was not significant influence, ant did not show a real contrast between the two companies about the research variables. The most prominent recommendations The need to take advantage of Directors of Zain of the nature of Integrated Relationship management strategies to uncertainty with change management strategies to increase your chances of choosing the appropriate change strategy. An idiom is a group of words whose meaning put together is different from the meaning of
individual words. English is a rich language when it comes to idioms, they represent variety. For
foreign learners, idioms are problematic because even if they know the meaning of individual
words that compose an idiom the meaning of it might be something completely different.
The present study investigates Iraqi third year college students’ recognition of idioms. To
achieve this, the researchers have conducted a test which comprises three questions. Certain
conclusions are reached here along with some suggestions and recommendations.
Under aerobic and anaerobic conditions, two laboratory-scale reactors were operated. Each reactor
was packed with 8.5 kg of shredded synthetic solid waste (less than 5 cm) that was prepared according to an
average composition of domestic solid waste in the city of Kirkuk. Using an air compressor, aerobic
conditions were created in the aerobic reactor. This study shows that the aerobic reactor was more efficient in
COD and BOD5 removal which were 97.88% and 91.25% while in case of anaerobic reactor, they were
66.53%and 19.11%, respectively.

In the current work various types of epoxy composites were added to concrete to enhance its effectiveness as a gamma- ray shield. Four epoxy samples of (E/clay/B4C) S1, (E/Mag/B4C) S2, (EPIL) S3 and (Ep) S4 were used in a comparative study of gamma radiation attenuation properties of these shields that calculating using Mont Carlo code (MCNP-5). Adopting Win X-com software and Artificial Neural Network (ANN), µ/ρ revealed great compliance with MCNP-5. By applying (µ/ρ) output for gamma at different energies, HVL, TVL and MFP have been also estimated. ANN technique was simulated to estimate (µ/ρ) and dose rates.
