Hardly a society is devoid of manifestations of imitating the opposite sex with the disparity between societies in quantity and quality, as imitating the opposite sex is an old phenomenon, and whoever follows what the old researchers wrote on this subject, finds various sayings, some of which lack evidence, being a kind of guesswork, A generalization that is not based on what is evidenced by it, and others consider resemblance to a behavior in which an animal resembles a human being. I will highlight in this research the resemblance to the opposite sex in the cultures of peoples, making the study into three sections. The manifestations of resembling men and women spread in Greek society greatly, and then the second study was devoted to the study of imitating the opposite sex in eastern civilization ,Despite the few texts contained in the eastern sources, they are sufficient to demonstrate the prevalence of imitating the opposite sex. As for the third topic, it reviewed imitating the opposite sex in the Arab and Islamic countries, resulting from the expansion of Islamic conquests, and the entry of peoples into Islam of various nationalities, as well as the The large number of prisoners and slaves who were brought to Arab and Islamic countries helped spread the phenomenon of hermaphroditism and masculinization, as ignorance did not know it, nor did the first century AH, but luxury and a new civilization brought it.

This study on the plant of Ain –AL Bason Catharanthus roseous showed the ability of callus cells that is produced by In Vitro culture technique and transformed to the accumulated media (MS 40gm/L sucrose ,2gm/L IAA Indole acetic acid , 0.5gm/L Tryptophan) to produce Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds. Extraction, purification and quantitive determination of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds using High performance liquid chromatography technique (HPLC)were carried out. The results showed that the highest concentration of Vinblastine and Vincristine compounds were ( 4.653,12.5 (ppm /0.5 dry Wight respectively from transformed callus cells from MS 40 gm /L sucrose , 2 gm / L NAA Naphthaline acetic acid .
It seems that the features of the theatrical discourse , since its early establishment by the Greeks, were cultural features specifically confined to that society. Since June 2020, an explosion in number of new COVID-19 patients has been reported in Iraq with a steady increment in new daily reported cases over the next 3 months. The limited number of PCR kits in the country and the increment in the number of new COVID-19 cases makes the role of CT scan examinations rising and becoming essential in aiding the health institutions in diagnosing and isolating infected patients and those in close contacts. The study aimed to assess the frequency of invasive fungal infection in patients with respiratory diseases by conventional and molecular methods. This study included 117 Broncho alveolar lavage (BAL) samples were collected from patients with respiratory disease (79 male and 38 female) with ages ranged between (20-80) years, who attended Medicine Baghdad Teaching hospital and AL-Emamain AL-Khadhymian Medical City, during the period from September 2019 to April 2020. The results in PCR versus culture methods in this study showed that out of 117 samples of fungal infections 30(25.6 %) were detected by culture method, while the 24(20.5%) samples were detected by PCR technique, the most commonly diagnosed pathogenic fungi is Candida spp.
