يهدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على أثر الأسلوب القائم على القيود في تعلم مهارة الرمية الحرة وتحسين دقة التصويب في كرة السلة لدى طالبات كلية التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي بتصميم المجموعتين )التجريبية والضابطة( مع القياسين القبلي والبعدي، حيث تكون مجتمع البحث ) من ) 100 ( طالبة، وتم اختيار عينة مكونة من ) 30 ( طالبة تم توزيعهن عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين بواقع ) 15 طالبة لكل مجموعة. خضعت المجموعة التجريبية لبرنامج تعليمي قائم على الأسلوب القائم على القيود، في حين خضعت المجموعة الضابطة لأسلو ب التعلم التقليدي. استمر البرنامج التعليمي لمدة ) 8( أسابيع بواقع 16 ( وحدة تعليمية، وزمن الوحدة ) 90 ( دقيقة. تم استخدام اختبار دقة التصويب من الرمية الحرة لقياس ( الأداء المهاري. أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح القياس البعدي لكلا المجموعتين، مع تفوق واضح للمجموعة التجريبية في دقة التصويب. ويعزى ذلك إلى فاعلية الأسلوب القائم على القيود في تحسين التكيف الحركي وتعزيز الإدراك الحركي من خلال التفاعل مع متغيرات الأداء. واستنتجت الدراسة أن هذا الأسلوب يُعد من الأساليب الحديثة الفعالة في تعلم المهارات الرياضية. وأوصت بضرورة اعتماده في البرامج التعليمية والتدريبية.

يعد نسيان المثيرات المعلوماتية التي يتعلمها أو يطلع عليها الفرد في حياته من المشكلات التي يعاني منها الأفراد في جميع مناحي الحياة وليس في مجال الدراسة الأكاديمية فحسب. وبالتالي فان هناك حاجة ملحة ومهمة لابتداع طرائق ووسائل وإمكانيات يمكن عن طريقها التقليل من نسيان المثيرات المعلوماتية المختلفة التي يتعلمها الفرد في حياته اليومية.

This study measured and analyzed job satisfaction among faculty members at the university of Irbid College in relation to gender social status, years of experience, academic rank , qualification, the population consisted of 110 full-time Jordanian factually members. A total of 72. (61%) factually, members participated in this study.
