The current study was designed to investigate the effect of Tilletia smut spores on histopathological changes in liver and kidney in mice. Twenty animals were divided into two equal groups, 10 mice each, control group fed on normal diet and the treated groups were fed on a mixture of 50% normal diet with 50% wheat infected with Tilletia for 30 days. Histopathological sections taken from liver and kidney treated with Tilletia revealed several alterations. The changes in liver included, multiple granulomatous lesions, area of coagulation necrosis, vacuolar degeneration in the cytoplasm of hepatocytes, proliferation of hepatocytes with formation of pseudolobull which initiates for procancer. Background and objective: Protective effect of (Andrographis Paniculata) on 4-Vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide.

Material and methods:A group of 55 female albino rats undergo experiment on the outcome effect of 4-vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide injection for a priod of two weeks, as well as treatment effect of methanolic leaf extract of Andrographis paniculata oral administration for four weeks. Injection  concentrations (160 and 320mg/kg. B.W) also two different doses of treatment (100 and 200mg/kg. B.W) have been applied.

Results:The results on body weight and ovary weight were more evident when higher concentration dose was applied.

The study was conducted to determine the effect Toxoplasma gondii and the efficacy of azithromycin and garlic tablets on the treatment of acute murine toxoplasmosis and observe the histopathological changes due to infection. 60 Albino mice were divided into six groups, and their survival rate, pathology, bioassay trial and immunofluorescence were observed. Results revealed that azithromycin (250 mg/kg/day) given to infected mice increased the survival rate (90% on day 7 PI) and decreased the histopathological changes when compared with the control groups.
