           The developments of technology and information that is sweeping the world based on the factors of pressure on the accounting profession in general, and the authors of the accounting information. That becouse the makers of administrative decisions have become in need of new information fit and the environmental situation of the new competition and try to enter new markets,

The Arab economy suffers from many structural imbalances problems which are getting complicated by the appearance of the world economic variables.

This change held risky challenges for the Arab economies in the light of unsuitable regional and international conditions. Since that it has been very essential  for the Arab experts, especially those related to economy and politics, to face those new challenges or, at least, adapt with them believing that they can have both positive and negative impacts on the Arab economy.

كان للإمام النسفي دور كبير في دراسة منهج المعتزلة ، والرد عليهم وذلك في مؤلفاته المتنوعة ، وفي طليعتها تفسيره المشهور : مدارك التنزيل وحقائق التأويل ، ومن يطلع على هذا الكتاب يجده بلا شك كتاباً مهماً ، زاخراً بأنواعه العلوم والفنون ، ومنها ردوده على المعتزلة في كثير من المسائل الكلامية التي خالفوا فيها أهل السنة والجماعة . وجاءت خطة البحث في مبحثين رئيسين بعد المقدمة :<

This study addresses the issue of academic writing in English by comparing pragmatic argumentation in the writing of 40 graduate students studying at Iraqi universities (SSIU) with the writing of 40 graduate students studying at American universities (SSAU). In these 80 theses, six selected aspects of academic writing were analyzed: (a) paragraph structure, (b) length and construction of sentences, (c) organization of information in sentences, (d) vocabulary, (e) topic sentences, and (f) discourse markers. This study seeks to go beyond the traditional and often onedimensional analysis of pragmatics of argumentation in English academic writing to distinguish and describe different aspects of academic writing and their results when used by EF
