This study aims to identify the role of forensic accounting in the Iraqi environment, banking stability, and to achieve this goal, we used the field survey method, as it is the most appropriate for studying the phenomenon in question and achieving its objectives.

Where we selected a sample consisting of (50) male and female employees, distributed among five private banks in Baghdad governorate, namely (Ashur International Bank, Development Investment Bank, Iraqi Middle East Investment Bank, Hammurabi Commercial Bank, Khaleej Commercial Bank), and the questionnaire tool was applied to them Designed for this purpose, which consisted of

313 blood samples were collected from bacteremia patients, including 146 samples (30 from patients and 116 from outpatients) from Azadi teaching hospital, 36 samples from the dialysis unit at Kirkuk General Hospital, 126 samples (42 from inpatients and 84 from outpatients) from the Children's Hospital, and 5 samples from the Women's and Obstetrics Hospital in Kirkuk province, for the period from January 24, 2022, to September 10, 2022. The study, including the isolation and diagnosis of bacteria and the study of their resistance to antibiotics, The results show that 32 (17.87%) positive growth cultures were obtained from febrile patients, 3 (8.33%) from dialysis patients in the dialysis unit, and 15 (65.21%) from burn and wound patients.

One hundred of dialysis patients' mean age ( 51.18±8.28) years and one hundred healthy control group , where carried out  from different hospitals of Baghdad city , during the period between November /2012 until March/2013. The ability of isolates to produce lipase was measured by the size of clear zone on Tween 20 solid medium and by measuring the enzymatic activity and specific activity.
