The fatty acids in the embryo's liver at ages (7, 11, 14 and 19) days incubation, small chicken aged (14) days after hatching and adult were analyzed, and found (5) fatty acids, the highest concentration of fatty acid in the adult of domesticated chicken and lowest concentration in small chicken age (14) days after hatching. In this research measuring the radioactivity of the soil batteries plant in Waziriya in Baghdad city ,where the collection of 60 samples from different locations and depth between(10cm-50cm)by using γ-ray spectrometer technique and sodium iodide detector to measure the activityof radiation of elements radiation ,where the results showed that there are aradioctivety of natural isotopes refers to the chains of U-238and Th-232and K-40and Cs-137the results show that ahigh concentration of Pb-214,Pb-212 within the permissible internationally values ,also the valuable parameters of radium and the external and internal hazard and the dose effect where its found to be permissible internationally.

       Petrographic, heavy mineral and clay mineral analyses are carried out for the sandstone and the mudstone units of Injana and Mukdadiya Formations in Zorbatiya area, Wasit Governorate, East of Iraq. The sandstones and the mudstones are nested as repeated fining–upwards successions, representing fluvial deposits. The result showed that hot water and ethanol extracts of Nigella sativa contain alkaloids ,saponins, flavonoids,tannins,glycosides,terpins and steroids. Albino mice were administered orally with 0.1 of the extract at dose of 100 mg/kg, body weight the results showed high level of white blood cell ,total and differential count of WBC,phagocytosis index, mitotic index, Arthus and delayed type hypersensitivity.
