     The goal of this paper is to show the kinematic characteristics of gaseous stellar dynamics using scaling coefficient relationships (such as Tully-Fisher) in different spiral galaxies. Here, the strategy is based on two processes: Quality Signing Process and Quality Verification Process, respectively.
