This research aims to find a proper way to organize the theses of the
physical education college’ s Library – Baghdad University , this is done by
applying a classification system which depends on analyzing a building a
classification number as Colon classification system , to help the classifier to
simplify and speed the procedure of building a classification number , this is
done by knowing the physical education subjects and subdivide them to their

The current research aims to recognize the exploratory and confirmatory factorial structure of the test-wiseness scale on a sample of Hama University students, using the descriptive method. Thus, the sample consists of (472) male and female students from the faculties of the University of Hama. Besides, Abu Hashem’s 50 item test-wiseness scale (2008) has been used. The research aims to measure family negligence and its relationship with internet addiction among university students. The researcher has developed a scale of (20) items to measure the negligence of family, which was applied to (308) male and female university students in the first and fourth stages. The research concluded that University students suffer from family negligence. The research sample has an addiction to the Internet. There is a relationship between family neglect and addiction to the Internet among university students. The researcher came out with a number of suggestions and recommendations.
