The power factors and electronic thermal conductivities in bismuth telluride (Bi2Te3), lead-telluride (PbTe), and gallium arsenide (GaAs) at room temperature (300K) quantum wires and quantum wells are theoretically investigated. Our formalism rigorously takes into account modification of these power factors and electronic thermal conductivities in free-surface wires and wells due to spatial confinement. From our numerical results, we predict a significant increase of the power factor in quantum wires with diameter w=20 Ã…. The increase is always stronger in quantum wires than in quantum wells of the corresponding dimensions. Eighty five samples were taken from patients suffering from pneumonia. Seventy-eight isolates were diagnosed as following: Staphylococcus aureus (23), klebsiella pneumoniae (29), Streptococcus pneumoniae (15), Serratia sp. (4), Haemophilus influenzae (4) and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (3). The clinical isolates were tested for antibiotics sensitivity. The study aims at identifying the morphological and psycho-socio-economic qualities wished to be in a life partner among a sample of Palestinian youth. The total sample was (231) and consisted of  (83) male and (148) female students. Each student presented a detailed report on the qualities he/she wished to be in life partner. The study used the descriptive approach and content analysis method. The validity and stability of the analysis were calculated.
