A Review of TCP Congestion Control Using Artificial Intelligence in 4G and 5G Networks
...Show More Authors

In recent years, the field of research around the congestion problem of 4G and 5G networks has grown, especially those based on artificial intelligence (AI). Although 4G with LTE is seen as a mature technology, there is a continuous improvement in the infrastructure that led to the emergence of 5G networks. As a result of the large services provided in industries, Internet of Things (IoT) applications and smart cities, which have a large amount of exchanged data, a large number of connected devices per area, and high data rates, have brought their own problems and challenges, especially the problem of congestion. In this context, artificial intelligence (AI) models can be considered as one of the main techniques that can be used to solve ne

Enhanced optical response and photodetector performance of PANi/WO3 nanocomposites with controlled composition ratios
...Show More Authors

In recent years, polymeric nanomaterials have attracted much attention to the fields of optoelectronics and energy storage due to their unique properties. In this study, to improve limitations, such as moderate conductivity and limited stability of polyaniline (PANi), PANi /WO3 nanocomposites with different amounts of tungsten trioxide nanoparticles (2,5, 5 and 10 wt%) were synthesized and investigated. The samples were prepared using the rotation coating method and evaluated in structural tests (XRD, FTIR, FESEM), optical (UV-Visible, PL) and photosensitivity. The results showed that the presence of WO3 caused a gradual decrease in the energy band gap from 3.04 eV in pure PANi to 2.37 eV in the 10 wt% sample, which led to facilitating elec

Neural Networks as a Discriminant Purposes
...Show More Authors

Discriminant between groups is one of the common procedures because of its ability to analyze many practical phenomena, and there are several methods can be used for this purpose, such as linear and quadratic discriminant functions. recently, neural networks is used as a tool to distinguish between groups.

In this paper the simulation is used to compare neural networks and classical method for classify observations to group that is belong to, in case of some variables that don’t follow the normal distribution. we use the proportion of number of misclassification observations to the all observations as a criterion of comparison.

Analysis of thermal and electrical performance of a hybrid (PV/T) air based solar collector for Iraq
...Show More Authors

The electrical and thermal performance of a typical single pass hybrid photovoltaic/thermal (PV/T) air collector is modeled, simulated and analyzed for two selected case studies in Iraq. An improved mathematical thermo-electrical model is derived in terms of design, operating and climatic parameters of the hybrid solar collector to evaluate its important characteristics: collector flow and heat removal factors, PV maximum power point and its temperature coefficient, and overall power and efficiency. Unlike previous PV/T thermal models, the present model is obtained with some additions and corrections in radiation and convection heat coefficients for the top loss and for the air duct with more applicable sky temperature correlation. The well

The level of evaluation of the educational counselors ’performance as a predictor of their level of satisfaction with their evaluation
...Show More Authors

The current research aims to reveal the level of satisfaction of the mentors with the evaluation of their performance according to gender (male - female) and to formulate the predictive equation for the level of performance (dependent variable) from knowing the level of satisfaction with the evaluation (independent variable). (16 paragraphs) contains alternatives to the answer that measures the level of satisfaction (weak, medium, and high) (1,2,3), that is, with a hypothetical average of (32). It consisted of 100 educational counselors consisting of 45 males and 55 females, the results of the research concluded that the level of satisfaction with performance is below the mean when compared with the hypothetical average of the scale of s

Design And Analysis Performance of Liquid Petroleum Gases System in Residential Building; Review
...Show More Authors

Liquefied petroleum gases (LPG) consist of hydrocarbons obtained by refining crude oil, either from propane or butane or a mixture of the two. There are often other components such as propylene, butylene or other hydrocarbons, but they are not the main component. The study aims to review previous studies dealing with designing an LPG system to deliver gas to residential campuses and buildings. LPG is extracted from natural gas NG by several processes, passing through fractionation towers and then pressuring into CNG storage tanks. Gas contains several problems, including gas leakage through the pipes and leads to fires or explosions in LPG storage and distribution tanks, so safety conditions were taken in the design and implementation. A Framework for Predicting Airfare Prices Using Machine Learning

Many academics have concentrated on applying machine learning to retrieve information from databases to enable researchers to perform better. A difficult issue in prediction models is the selection of practical strategies that yield satisfactory forecast accuracy. Traditional software testing techniques have been extended to testing machine learning systems; however, they are insufficient for the latter because of the diversity of problems that machine learning systems create. Hence, the proposed methodologies were used to predict flight prices.
