(20) Isolates of Acinetobacter baumannii that showed resistance to (Ceftaxim, Cefotaxim, Cefepim and Imipenim) were selected. The results showed that 20 isolates of A. baumannii possess the bla-OXA23 like gene, and that all isolates possess this gene with a percentage (100%). With molecular weight 605 bp. The current study was designed to investigate the presence of aflatoxin M1 in 25 samples of pasteurized canned milk which collected randomly from some Iraqi local markets using ELISA technique. Aflatoxin M1 was present in 21 samples, the concentration of aflatoxin M1 ranged from (0.25-50 ppb). The present study was designed to estimate the changes in arch dimension measurements among asthmatic children aged 12 years old who were collected from AL- Zahra Center Advisory for Allergy and Asthma and compare them with the non-asthmatic children of the same age and gender.
