Recently, the increasing demand to transfer data through the Internet has pushed the Internet infrastructure to the nal edge of the ability of these networks. This high demand causes a deciency of rapid response to emergencies and disasters to control or reduce the devastating effects of these disasters. As one of the main cornerstones to address the data trafc forwarding issue, the Internet networks need to impose the highest priority on the special networks: Security, Health, and Emergency (SHE) data trafc. These networks work in closed and private domains to serve a group of users for specic tasks. Our novel proposed network ow priority management based on ML and SDN fullls high control to give the required ow priority to SHE data trafc. The proposal relies on selected header bits from the trafc class eld of a packet using the ML to prioritize trafc ows according to the precedence levels by governing the Differentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) bits in keeping with network administrator policies. The proposed network has been evaluated and performed utilizing theMATLAB platform and the Mininet simulator. The results of extensive testing show enhancement by applying our forcing priority algorithm obtained an efcient reduction in queuing delay and lost packets. The average waiting time in queue was reduced by around 61%, and the lost packets hit 0.005% when adopting the SDN-based ML network trafc priority management.
The "Nudge" Theory is considered one of the most recent theories, which is clear in the economic, health, and educational sectors, due to the intensity of studies on it and its applications, but it has not yet been included in crime prevention studies. The use of Nudge theory appears to enrich the theory in the field of crime prevention, and to provide modern, effective, and implementable mechanisms.
The study deals with the "integrative review" approach, which is a distinctive form of research that generates new knowledge on a topic through reviewing, criticizing, and synthesizing representative literature on the topic in an integrated manner so that new frameworks and perspectives are created around it.

Objective: To evaluate the Knowledge, attitude regarding health education & to find out if there is any association between the gathered data and certain variables (age, gender, educational level, occupation). Methods: A Cross-sectional study done at Al Mustansyryia Primary Health Care Center from the 1st of January to 1st of May 2016. All patients attending the Primary Health Care Centers who were above 18 years of age and willing to participate in the research (303) were included in t

As a case study the monitors work the researcher studied a huge project in the United Arab Emirates. This project considered for safety requirements to highest grades. This case study may be far away from the projects in Iraq, but we hope to rise the Iraqi work level in the near future. After seeing the way of administration work and how they were ra

High frequency of these attacks urged the Iraqi doctors for migration. Aim of study: To identify the prevalence of workplace violence against medical staff and to and study the risk factors related to work place violence. Materials and methods: A descriptive cross sectional study carried out among a sample of 300 medical
This study aims to evaluate the performance of emergency departments according to international standards through studying the performance in some of Iraqi public hospitals, where the evaluation performance is considered one of the important topics that take a great deal of officials' attention, especially decision makers in health organizations.
The researcher has derived the research idea from the importance of work in emergency department in hospitals and to what it provides of medical services and quick and immediate nursing care that help in patients' lifesaving, and it is the mirror that reflects the real image for the hospital

We aimed to analyze a substantial number of consecutive causes in order to clinical suspicion in the differential diagnoses may be correctly weighted. Materials and methods: The material of this research consisted of 40 patients. A complete history is collected from the patients with the duration and the site of the sinus present, the patient was examined for factors of the fistulas and sinuses and its associations, and patient having any concomitant lesions, a medical consultation done for opinion and management. Clinical examination with facial fistulas and sinuses was mandatory to avoid any mistakes that may occur. A
