Methods: Forty two newly diagnosed infertile males age range (24–47) years and thirty two apparently healthy males as controls age range (25–58) years. In this paper, we derived an estimator of reliability function for Laplace distribution with two parameters using Bayes method with square error loss function, Jeffery’s formula and conditional probability random variable of observation. The main objective of this study is to find the efficiency of the derived Bayesian estimator compared to the maximum likelihood of this function and moment method using simulation technique by Monte Carlo method under different Laplace distribution parameters and sample sizes.     The use of varied quantities of orphenadrine to protect stainless steel against corrosion in an acidic media at 298 K has been investigated. It was observed that when the drug's concentration is increased, the drug's speed of corrosion lowers. The data of inhibition efficiency (percent IE) in the presence of orphenadrine drug and corrosion resistance showed that the highest protection efficiency was achieved with the best concentration, and that the corrosion rate decreased with increasing orphenadrine drug concentrations, making it a good inhibitor for stainless steel in an acidic environment. Different shrinkage estimation methods will be considered to estimate ­ depending on maximum likelihood estimator and prior estimates based on simulation using mean squared error (MSE) criteria.
